1. Products & Services
Sri Telangana Ruchulu specializes in Telangana Pindi Vantalu, including traditional homemade snacks, sweets, savories, festival items, and other delicacies. All products are made with quality ingredients, prepared fresh when possible, and subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue products without notice.
2. Orders & Payments
Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, website (if available), or in person. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
Payments: Prices are in INR and may change without notice. Payments may be made through UPI, cash, bank transfers, or online gateways (if available). Orders are processed only after payment confirmation for prepaid orders.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery: Delivery is available in select locations and may include delivery charges. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pickup: Pickup is available at our address: 1-9-1235/8/1, Hanmakonda, Warangal, Telangana.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Since most items are prepared fresh, cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations, wrong addresses, or failure to receive the order. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 working days.
5. Quality & Responsibility
All items are prepared with hygiene and care. Minor variations may occur due to handmade preparation. Customers must inform us of any allergies before ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. Food must be consumed within the recommended time.
6. User Conduct
Users may not misuse our website or services, provide false information, or engage in spam, harassment, or unlawful behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, images, packaging, recipes, and website content belong to Sri Telangana Ruchulu. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delivery delays, damages after delivery, misuse of products, or indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Third-Party Services
If you use third-party apps (UPI, wallets, payment gateways), their terms also apply. We are not responsible for failed transactions, technical issues, or errors caused by third parties.
10. Amendments
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted or communicated.
