1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.
- Once the food is prepared, no cancellation or changes are allowed.
- For bulk or festival orders, cancellation must be requested immediately after placing the order.
- We reserve the right to decline any cancellation request if preparation has already started.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only if the cancellation request is approved before food preparation starts.
- No refunds will be processed if:
- The food is already prepared
- The customer provides an incorrect address
- The customer is unavailable to receive the order
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Delivery Issues
- If delivery is delayed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen situations, refunds will not be provided.
- If the delivery partner fails to deliver due to customer unavailability, no refund is applicable.
4. Quality Concerns
- If you believe the product received is incorrect or defective, please contact us immediately with proof.
- Refunds or replacements will be considered only after verification.
